What would you do when you have RM10 Million?

A few days ago, one of my rich friends ask me, what would I do when I have RM10,000,000. I knew he was testing my mindset. Anyway, earning RM10,000,000 Networth (meaning no Liabilities) is my dream.

Last time I use to think I should be earning RM5,000 per month when I am age 30. Then I realize its really a small dream and its not enough to satisfy my hunger. So now I am targetting Rm10,000 per month, then slowly doubling it every year. :)

Anyway, things are starting to look on track as I have a few passive income and some investment incomes. I am not rich, as I also maintain a very expensive lifestyle and some bad habits. :(

As most of you know, I am currently a Futures Broker at OSK Investment Bank Kuching. I also recommend people to trade Malaysian and Foreign Equity/Stock Markets, Futures and Forex Trading should anyone is interested. So there are a few incomes alone from Trading & Investments.

Another Passive Income I have would be from MJ Life Health Management as I am a Business Development Agent since May 2009, we will be opening a new Branch Office here in Kuching Jalan Song soon. As renovation just started.

I have been trading Stocks & Futures for the last 6 years and enjoyed a very interesting lifestyle. :) Quite happy with what I have learned and achieved. I am more career & lifestyle focused. I wouldn't say I am materialistic, I would prefer the phrase Lifestyle Focused. :)

I am hoping that I can bulit 10 Sources of Self Sustaining Income in years to come. Some from Investment Income, some from Business Income and some from Trading Income. ;p

So what would I do when I have RM10,000,000? I would work out a way for me to earn at least Rm1,000,000 per month. Yes, Rm1 Million per month, then within 2 years after doing that, I wanna earn USD1,000,000 per month. I definitely won't be able to do it alone. I will have a team of smart investors and business group which is smarter and more intelligent than me. If possible, I wanna be a young Warren Buffet.

My Dream Lifestyle, I only need to work perhaps 10 months per year, and Holiday with my loved one and friends at least 2 months a year, annually every year, I been doing that for the pass 5 years and I will continue to do so. Well, even travelling by AirAsia is consider a holiday right? :P

Ok, to cut it short, if I have RM10,000,000. I would invest/trade:

Rm100,000 into KLCI Futures & CPO
RM100,000 into Forex
RM500,000 into KLSE Speculative/BlueChip Stocks
RM2 Million into HKSE/Singapore/US Stocks

RM500,000 into Kuching Properties.
RM1 Million into KL Properties
RM2 Million into International Properties (Singapore/Australia/China)
RM1 Million into Businesses in Malaysia (at least 5 Businesses including construction & food supplying)

RM1 Million as Backup Funds (Medical Funds/Emergency)

RM500,000 to enjoy a great Lifestyle (Holidays/Sports Cars /Branded Goods)

Note: When it comes to Futures & CPO, its speculative trading & position trading. BlueChips are for Capital gains and then keep them as Dividend Incomes if we bought at the low. I like HK Stocks myselfs. Genting Singapore is also not bad. Forex Trading can also be turned into a very lucractive business income that can be transformed into a Million Dollar Business within the next 5 years if you join the right business group.

Businesses in Malaysia would be food supplying, construction and health management where there is huge potential market growth, consumer related.

As for properties, I aim for Rental Income and capital growth instead of the normal buy/sell concept. Rental Income is the best passive income that we can generate easily when we have the knowledge.

This sounds like a very lazy Investment Portfolio right? Well, Imagine if I turn this into a Unit Trust Fund like Bershire Hattaway Fund? A unit trust fund that covers all aspects of Lifestyle, Investment Needs and Diversified? :P

One of My Passion Incomes - MJ Life after 4 months

As most of you would have already probably know. I joined a Interesting Health Management Business a few months ago. The Company is located at IBM Building near 1Utama and just beside TV3 Building. Located on the 2nd Floor at IBM Building, KPMG is also located there.

Anyway, as a proud Business Development Agent of MJ Life. I am happy to share with you that we will be opening a New Branch near Jalan Song in Nov 2009. It will be our East Malaysia Service Center. Helping people to manage their Health thru Prossionalism and Love and Care.

More news to come in the future at this blog.

Anyway, since I joined in May, the returns from my efforts are limitless, I am so happy about it.

This is my June 2009 income which has given me about RM2175.60.

My MJ Life income for July is about RM933.50. Reason? I was away for a two weeks holiday in China but life is still great :P Those of you who know me personally would agree I enjoy life to the max.

For the month of August, I got a group growing in KL, Kuching and Sibu, and life things are getting very interesting. My team members also earns quite RM1000 plus. My Team Leader for that month earned about RM30,000 as she got about 50 Business Agents under her group currently.

Aztech 3.5G Mobile Wifi Modem

Imagine we are attending a Forex or Futures Trading Seminar and the Hotel Wireless network sucks and you keep getting disconnected. And you forgot to bring your Celcom 3G Mobile Modem but the guy sitting next to you remembered. That feeling is very helpless right?

Well fear no more, introducing the new Aztech 4 Port Wireless-N Router (N meaning VERY VERY Wide Network Range) plus HSPA 3.5G Support for 3G Mobile Broadband.

For the Retail price of Rm259, you can have your own 3G Mobile Wireless Network on the go, one that allows you to share with people that doesn't have 3G Mobile USB Modems.

I just can't wait to plug this into my 3G Network and try it out, it also supports Network Printer and USB Network Storage, a very cool and smart design I should say.

Hope the next one comes with at least 3 USB Ports and also has a building ADSL Modem, then it would be perfect.

So this is the list of things I am going to bring when I go travelling, yeah I know I am nuts, bringing my own Wireless Modem, but sometimes when there is an Emergency, we just need it.

Imagine, I got 3 Nokia Handphones, 1 is which is a Nokia 6300 for Smsing. 2 of them which is 3.5G Handphones Nokia 6120 Classic and Nokia 5320 Xpress Music. Plus my always problem solving Apacer 16GB USB Thumb Drive. Yeah, I am a certified Tech Geek.

Just too bad, I haven't been able to convience myself to buy a New Apple iPhone 3GS, Nokia N97 and the new SmartPDA HTC Diamond2 (I use it to trade Forex Mobile). Samsung Jet will be most likely the next on my list. Yeah, definitely I am a tech geek.

Gone in 60 Seconds.

One thing I hate about Kuching is that, its so unsafe to park our car in Broad Day Light even at OSK Investment Bank Kuching here.

My colleagues car Side Window was just smashed by a Malay about an hour ago. Luckily another colleague saw the guy smashing the window before he could steal the Car CD Player, and what was ridiculous was that it was parked right in front of OSK Car Park here and the CD Player was just a China Made Player.

It really disturbs me that even when we are rich and wealthy, we don't feel safe to drive our dream car here in Kuching. :( Thief Rates are especially high near Festive Seasons.

The Local Authorities should really do more to keep our city more clean and safe.

The Biker ran off quick when he saw one of my colleagues walking out of the building. Gone in Sixty Seconds. From now on, better just employ driver to pick us when we go and get off from work. Like those Tycoons in Singapore & Hong Kong. Luxurious Car also no use here.

Seduced By Wealth. Joanna Garcia from "Prilvilged" will be joining Season 3, I love her character. What a hot chick :)

Hilary Duff has confirmed that she will be joining the show for a multi-episode guest arc in this season as Olivia Burke, a famous movie star who wants a normal college experience. This character was inspired by real life actress Emma Watson's decision to attend college. [8]Joanna García has confirmed that she will also be joining the show for the first four episodes as Bree Buckley, an "evil Miss America type" from a rival Texas family who have a lot of beef with the Archibalds - she will serve as love interest for Nate.[9] America's Next Top Model boss Tyra Banks has been confirmed to appear in the fourth episode as Ursula Nyquist, a larger than life actress, who'll work with Serena. Temptations From KL & Kuching.

Going to KL is always a very wonderfull Food Experience for me. Especially when I get to eat Japanese Food, enjoy the Donuts and the roadside Mamak Stalls.

Sometimes I just really wished I had the $ to buy a Condo at Damansara and a nice car to drive at KL. :)

But with my busy work schedule lately. it won't be so much chance of me to go to KL so often as whenever the market is trading, I have to monitor my investment position.. In a way, I am tied to my job.

But life in Kuching is improving, over the two years, we have got Spring, Boulevard and more varieties of Fast Food & Retail Outlets coming into Kuching.

Sushi King, Secret Recipe, Kenny Rogers & etc. I think besides the Massage center being the most popular business in Kuching, Food Business would be second most popular business in Kuching.

Went to Frenz & Family at Jalan Song on Saturday night and enjoyed the Chicken Chop and the Cabonara there.. really love it. However, I recommend the Black Pepper Sauce instead of the Brown Sauce (not much taste).

I asked a Sibu friend of mine, which one would she prefer if she loved Donut or Cheese Cake, she said she wants them both! So in the interest of keeping a good friendship, I asked a fellow colleague to hand carry 6 slices of Delicious Creamy Sweet Six Secret Recipe Cheese Cakes to Sibu. Hand Delivered by Mas :P

Personally I am scared of Cheese cakes coz I think its more fattening than Donuts :) Anyway, gain 1.2kg during this trip. on a fasting diet now to reduce it to the pre-KL trip Weight. I am about 20kg from my ideal weight :) And yes, I am Slightly Overweight. :P

Sweet, Juicy, Melting Delicious J.Co Donuts

I am now at Pavillion KL enjoying J.Co Donut :P Will be going to LCCT Later. Back to nice old cozy Kuching where I can sleep in my own King Size Bed :P

This Meal will slow down my 60kg Diet for a few days, but now I don't care about my diet for the next 30 mins. Coz its only once a while I come to eat my favourite J.Co Donut here at Pavillion, Surrounded by Hot Creamy Chicks and Foods. Enjoying Nice R&B Music and cozy aircond. Watching ppl using LV and Gucci and Prada :)

While I am here online doing blogging and trading the Futures & Forex Market. hahaha. Who says you can't eat Donut while you work?

Can you picture a lay back chubby guy like me carry 4 boxes of J.Co Donuts rushing to board a plane at LCCT? We were the last 2 person to board the plane and there wasn't much space for us to put our luggage, during the whole flight, I have to hold on to that 4 Dozen Doughnut with just one hand. We were practically laughing all the way on the flight thinking what we were going to do with 4 Dozens of J.Co Donut if we had miss our flight.

I just can't picture myself if I had to eat 4 Dozen of J.Co Sweet & Juicy Donuts if we really miss the plane :)

The Moral of the Story: Always use Web Check In! Don't use Mobile Check in coz sometimes the system don't sent you the Check in Code thru Sms!

StarHill Japanese Buffet & Hungry Pack

Do you know what happens when a pack of 4 girls go to KL StarHill for Japanese Buffet? They order everything that can eat, and then over another round so that they can just look at what else they can't eat :P

Anyway, my best friend was at StarHill on Saturday night. So Courtesy of her photos... Amazing Food. Its the 1st time that I ever feel that I really need to go see how great is the place. :P

If anybody tell you that girls won't eat too much if they are on diet, you have never went to buffet with girls yet. :P

The New Samsung Jet Mobile Phone, Another Samsung iPhone?

Recently my uncle bought the New Samsung Jet Mobile Phone coz his Sony Ericsson K810 has can no longer boot, this is the 3rd Sony Mobile Phone that I know within 3 years that breaks down easily. Seems that still Nokia phones are long lasting than Sony.

Anyway, my uncle has been gossiping about how Sleek Looking is the new Samsung Jet and the Blackberry Storm & Curve.

This is how Samsung Jet looks like, its reminds me of iPhone 3GS, mind you, the screen is Samsung AMOLED technology, using the Latest LED Screens, even more crystal clear than the normal LCD that we got.

How big is Samsung Jet? This is how it looks like next to my Tissot Watch. For Rm1599, not bad. Sleeky design, works like iPhone.

I can't get a clear shot of the Handphone even though its in my hands, so I have to show u the photos from GSMArena.com.

Nice? Go Grab one. This one is on my shopping list after iPhone and Nokia N97. The Average Malaysians Change Mobile Phones every 18 months, Singaporean Change every 8 months (coz the operators give free mobile phones).

My 1st Frozen Chicken Soup

Do you know what happens when you confuse Fridge & Freezer? Mum accidentally put our Chicken Soup into the Freezer side after they had dinner. (I wasn't at home that time).

When I came home from the movies, I wanted to find some light supper soup, this is what I found. My first Chicken Soup Popcicle.. What a Amazing Discovery. :P

The Moral of the Story: Remember to familiar yourself with the new LG Fridge before you put anything inside.

A Fridge Too Small. LG 58 Liter

Last week, my mum told me that our old 15 year old 'Tahan Lasak" National Fridge finally broke down and that we have to buy a new one. With much pain in the wallet, i took her to CL Khoon Near Jalan Satok there to search for a new Fridge.

There was a limit to my Budget as I always wonder how much food do we consume and store in the fridge normally? How big of Fridge Do we need? I still got another Fridge at the Back Kitchen.

So we were there looking at the fridges, Panasonic, Samsung, LG and then this one caught mum's eye. So she quickly called me over and tell me she liked this one. To my Amazement, it was twice the size of the Broken Fridge that was left at home. I was thinking, do we even keep so much food at home? With 2 fridge?

I think my mum can fit into the left door of the fridge and I can fit into the right door of the fridge and we can begin our Hybernation if Winter does come to Kuching, then again, if its too freaking and hazy hot like July & August, I can always sleep inside.

When I first saw this Fridge, I feel it was like a huge Vault where we can keep our valuables (mind you, I don't have anything valueable at home, I would keep it at the Bank even if I have).

I ask my mum, "Why you want such a big Fridge?" She Said, "I like the multiple compartments, can put alot of things." Well, since mummy dearest loves it, I have to buy it. So its thanks to HSBC MatsterCard Gold Card again. :) (Just Charged it and earn 13,000 points)

So the next day while I was at work, this LG 58 LITRE was delivered to my house just before dinner. I wasn't there but I know its pretty heavy and big for two person to carry in.

When I got home, my mum was basically excited and cleaning it and polishing it like she just bought a big diamond jewerly. Well, everythings is worthwhile to keep mum happy. And I manage to take a photo of it just before all the food and groceries were put in there.

So after mummy put in the foods and frozen goods. Then she realized, its too SMALL! She told me its too small for her!! I said "Its twice the size of the old one, How can it be too small?"

Here is the reason, its a double sided door, with bigger space for the Freeze side, and less space for the "Keep Cool" Side.. So in actual fact, it is really too small compared to our previous fridge. So now, I have to either get ANOTHER Fridge or we keep less food in the fridge, which to me is a better idea.

The Moral of the Story: Don't Bring the Fridge home until you have decided its really suitable for you. Never judge the Fridge by its beautiful and glamorous designs. And if you do, get ready to buy another Fridge!

New Mobile Toys

It has always been a dream of mine to use the Latest Nokia Business Phones every year.

And also to use the most popular iPhone 3GS that was recently launched by Maxis.

The new Nokia N97 really caught my eye for its powerful Internet and KeyBoard Like Features. Facebook Interface, Internet Browsing, Business Phone Enhancements, this is a must have toy for me :) For RM2499, its quite pricy, that's more than enough to get even the Latest Asus EeePC SeaShell Notebook.
