Proton Persona - My next Car maybe?

Last week, I drove pass the new Proton Edar 3S Platinum Center at Jalan Tun Jugah and stop in for a look at the Proton Persona, wanted to find out what's the different between the B Line, M Line, H Line and the Special Ediation.

Personally I like the MLine, either Manual or Automatic Gear. Its only about Rm53,000 for MLine Manual and Rm55,788 for MLine Automatic Gear. Looks like Persona Automatic Gear is my next choice if my Wira worns out.


Watching so many of my friends paying huge loans and huge monthly maintenance on their old BMWs is really a concern for me if I buy a BMW also.

Of course if I got one Millions Ringgit, BMW is a piece of Cake for me, if I have it that is.

For Rm690 for 9 years at 3.95% per month. I think I can manage it. But no plans to buy a new car yet. Just wanna enjoy a debtless life as it is for now :P

My Dream Car - BMW 320i Coupe & M5

Last week I had the honour of going to see the new Launching of the BMW 3 Series 320i Coupe at Auto Bavaria Jalan Rock Kuching. My god, the car was simply breathe taking and it was my favourite Colour Pearl White BMW even!

This is the previous BMW M5, cost about Rm960,000 which I last saw, there is only two in Kuching so far, one is near Kenyalang, one is driven by A Famous Tan Sri's Son in Kuching. Most of you would know its who by now.



This Model is called BMW 32oi E46 aka BMW Eagle Eye. I like this model and has been dreaming of owning it since I feast my eyes upon it. Currently its market value should be around 90k to Rm120k depending on the year of the model.


If I get a BMW, I am going to modify it like this, well, if I am rich enough to buy a Brand New one, I wont' need to modify anything, but I will only buy a BMW after I have made my 1st Million thru my Investment & Tradings.

For now, I am still driving a Proton Wira which is good enough to take me from Point A to Point B, just not in style and not the Ultimate Driving Machine yet.

If I don't reach my 1st Million by the time my Wira is worn out, maybe I have to get a Proton Persona, which I think is a great local car, of course unmatch for the BMW. :P Sometimes I just can't convience myself to buy a 2nd hand or Recon BMW when there is a well maintained Brand New Car waiting for us.

Enjoying J'Co at Pavillion

One of the Great things about life is enjoying J'Co on a working day at Pavillion. And online and trade the stock market and futures market using my Laptop while I am sitting at J'Co enjoying the nice Donuts and milkshakes. I may not be very rich, but at least.












Not matter how fattening it is, i just can't help to pamper myself at J'Co Breakfast when ever I am at Pavillion KL.

Even though I am staying at Tune Hotel during my trip here at KL, but life is just fun whenever I enjoy myself shopping at Pavillion.

Luxury Wallets & Watches

Bvlgari watch and wallets are one of the things I wanna have in the future, its so great quality.



This LV wallet was rumoured to be aroudn Rm2000 plus. but when i went to KLCC, it was sold out, the new one is at least Rm2,500. My god, Rm2,500 I can trade a Futures Contract day trade or buy a Power PC at the office. :P





Currently I am only using a Bonia Wallet, its branded also. But not Super Luxurious Brand, at least its long lasting :P

2009 KL Trip - Pavillion & Starhill

Just before Chinese New Year I went to KL for a shopping trip and to take any exam at SIDC KL for the licensing of a Futures Broker. Pavillion was simpy amazing after its decoration for CNY. This was the entrance.

At MontBlanc I wanted to buy the MontBlanc Pen & Watch, too bad i can't buy the poster girl :P



At Bvlgari, I went in to see the IronMan watch and luxury items.. the Watch Cost Rm65,000! RM65,000! My God, might as well buy a Rolex with that kind of $.



At Gucci, I wanted to buy the Wallet, the girls was going for the purse and bags ranging at Rm8,000 to RM12,000. My god.



When the Devil wears Prada, what am I going to wear?



Even Old White Kopitiam looks great at Pavillion, I had my lunch here.. Nice Food.

2008 KK

In 2008, I had the chance to visit Bornion Timber's Rubber Plantation site at KK, it was simply breathe taking. Imagine a Rubber Plantation Site almost the size of Singapore.











The China Rubber Specialist that gave me alot of knowledge on Rubber Plantation. Proud to be part of this great project.

Australia 2005

During the year of 2005, I went to Australia with my mum. We went to Perth, Gold Coast & Adelaide and it was so fun that it was simply amazing. I fall in love with Sydney the moment I set foot on it. The Climate is nice, the people is friendly and life is just great there.
